1. Purpose of Website
This Website serves as a portfolio, informational, and inquiry-based platform showcasing original artwork, murals, sculptures, and creative services by Junior Designs LLC.
No purchases or payments are processed directly through this Website.

2. Inquiries & Communication
Submitting an inquiry through the Website does not guarantee availability, pricing, or acceptance of a project or artwork.
All sales, commissions, and agreements are finalized off-site through direct communication and written confirmation.

3. Payments
All payments are handled outside of this Website using third-party methods such as:

• Venmo

• Zelle

• Apple Pay

• Cash (local only)

Payment is required in full before any artwork is shipped, delivered, or installed, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Junior Designs LLC does not store, process, or collect payment information through this Website and is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment platforms.

4. Artwork Sales & Availability

• All artwork is subject to availability.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Once payment is received, the sale is considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Due to the handmade nature of original artwork, variations in color, grain, texture, and finish are expected and embraced.
   

5. Commissions & Custom Work
Custom or commissioned work requires a written agreement outlining scope, pricing, timeline, and payment terms.

• Deposits and payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Concept sketches, mockups, or digital renderings are for reference only and may evolve during the creative process.

• Junior Designs LLC retains the right to document commissioned work for portfolio, promotional, and marketing use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping or delivery information.

• Junior Designs LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, though assistance with claims may be provided when possible.

• All shipping, insurance, and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
   

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of original and custom artwork:

• All sales are final.

• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photo documentation.

• Refunds, repairs, or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Junior Designs LLC.
   

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website—including artwork, images, videos, designs, text, logos, and branding—is the intellectual property of Junior Designs LLC, unless otherwise stated.

• Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright.

• Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

• Viewing and sharing links for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
   

9. Murals & Commercial Use Licensing
All murals, large-scale installations, commissioned artworks, and site-specific works created by Junior Designs LLC are protected by copyright law.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the following applies:

• The artist retains full copyright ownership of all mural and commissioned artwork.

• The client is granted a non-exclusive license to display the artwork at the agreed-upon location.

• This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the artwork.

Any use of the artwork for commercial, promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes—including but not limited to real estate marketing, branding materials, merchandise, print, digital ads, or social media campaigns—must be approved in writing and may require an additional licensing fee.
Documentation & Promotion

Junior Designs LLC retains the right to:

• Photograph and record completed murals and commissioned works

• Use images, video, and time-lapse footage for portfolios, websites, social media, grant applications, publications, and marketing materials

These rights remain in effect even after the artwork is sold, installed, or transferred, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Alterations, Removal & Destruction

• Murals and installations may not be altered, relocated, painted over, or removed without prior written consent from Junior Designs LLC, unless required by property changes or local regulations.

• Reasonable notice is requested prior to removal or destruction to allow documentation.
   

Credit & Attribution
Wherever practical, the client agrees to credit the artist as:
Junior Designs LLC / Junior Designs Art
Credit may be provided via signage, plaque, website acknowledgment, or social media tagging.
Moral Rights
The artist retains the right to object to any distortion, modification, or presentation of the artwork that may be prejudicial to the artist’s reputation or original intent.

10. User Submissions
By submitting messages, testimonials, reviews, or other content through the Website, you grant Junior Designs LLC permission to use that content for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability
Junior Designs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or from artwork purchased through off-site transactions.
All content and artwork are provided “as is.”

12. Third-Party Links
