Missing or Stolen Packages

A refund will NOT be provided if the returned package is lost in the mail. Please file a claim with FedEx or USPS if your return package is lost.

Junior Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the FedEx or USPS if you suspect your incoming package is missing or stolen.

YOU are responsible for entering your correct shipping address. Please double check you've entered the correct information and contact me right away if it needs correcting. If you've accidentally shipped your package to, for example - a previous address, no refund will be provided and no action will be taken from Junior Designs
